By booking a tour or trek with Hidden Trails Travel, you agree to the following terms. These guidelines ensure a smooth, safe, and transparent travel experience for everyone.
- Booking Process
- You contact us through phone, WhatsApp, or our official website/social media.
- We share available packages and explain details on a call.
- If you like a package, we provide our company registration details for verification.
- Once confirmed, we share our official company bank account for payments.
- A token advance of ₹10,000 is required to confirm your booking.
- After payment, kindly share:
A screenshot of the transaction
A short payment note (e.g. “Advance – Char Dham Yatra 2025”)
Your email ID
We will email/WhatsApp you the official booking confirmation and itinerary.
Payment Schedule
Token (₹10,000): At the time of booking.
30% of total package: One week before tour start date.
Remaining balance (70%): On the first day of your trip, after your stay check-in.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation 30 days or more before tour → 70% refund.
Cancellation within 30 days of tour start → No refund.
Once the token advance is paid, this refund policy applies to all bookings..
Changes by Client
You may request changes to dates or services (subject to availability and cost).
If changes are made within 30 days of tour start, cancellation rules will still apply.
Company Cancellations
Hidden Trails Travel may cancel trips due to weather, safety, or government restrictions.
If cancelled before token payment → No loss to you.
If cancelled after token but before 30 days → 70% refund.
If cancelled within 30 days → No refund (voucher/alternate dates may be offered).
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate details during booking.
Follow safety guidelines and respect local culture.
Misconduct with guides, staff, or fellow travelers may lead to termination of services without refund.
Leaving the trip midway voluntarily → No refund for unused services.
Health & Safety
You confirm you are medically fit for the journey.
Any health conditions must be disclosed at booking.
For high-altitude treks, a fitness/medical declaration may be required.
Liability Disclaimer
Hidden Trails Travel acts as a travel organizer/agent. Hotels, transport, and activities are managed by independent providers.
We are not liable for delays, accidents, illness, natural calamities, or personal loss during the trip.
You are responsible for your personal belongings (cash, phones, ID, etc.).
Communication
All official communication (confirmations, itineraries, invoices) will be shared via WhatsApp or email.
Ensure you provide correct contact details. We are not responsible if our messages are missed, blocked, or land in spam.
Updates to Terms
Hidden Trails Travel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions anytime. The latest version will always be published on our website.
Governing Law
All bookings and disputes are governed by Indian Law, under the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
By paying the booking token, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
